I had an ultrasound on my 12th day of my cylce?

i've been on clomid for 3 consecutive months. i had my ultrasound last month on my 12th day of my cycle for follicle monitoring. the sonologist saw that i have a maturing follicle on my right ovary with a size of 2.1cms x 1.8 cms. we immediately had for 7 days. i also did take vitamin E and folic acid but still no pregnancy occurred. i even gave up anything with caffeine. what else can be wrong with me?? is there anything i missed out doing??? we've been ttc for 11 months now.... my husband is a smoker and an occional drinker.
