My fiance is insecure about his body...what do I do?

OMG I'm AGAINST of THANT ADVERTISMENT TOO!!! Just tell him everyday that to build his self esteem.....talk to him to make him understand.. and whenever he ask you or tell you that his getting fat just tell him the truth... if he doesnt believe you just ignore him...becos this might affect your relationship
