Electrical problems in car?

i currently own a 1998 chevy cavalier. the rear defrost, horn, cigarette lighter, hazard lights and turn signals dont work. now the break lights have gone out. the headlights and taillights work though. we have changed ALL fuses and ALL bulbs. any other suggestions on what the problem might be and possible estimate on how much it would be to fix it?
