Funding for Studying Abroad?

I am trying to study abroad in Asia for 3 months. The price is about $6,500 which includes home stay, schooling, visa, and airfare. How can a 15 year old earn money? I am trying to get a job but it's very hard since I don't have my license yet. I was thinking of bagging groceries at jewel or applying to a privately owned store. Ideas?
