I want to build an open structure beside my pool for a bar/shade area. I need help w/ the material list & cost?

My Pool has a 6' wooden panel fence seperating it from the rest of my back yard. There is a space that is about 20'x 14' in which I would like to build an open porch-like structure with a roof and small railing in front facing the pool. I want to use it as the pool bar/ shade area. Any idea on the cost of such a project. I'd like it to be about 8' tall at the ends of the roof, w/ maybe a 10' peak the back should not go over the fence into the yard, but maybe attach to the top of the fence. The floor would be the concrete that is already in place. It needs to be sturdy enough to withstand any basically any weather conditions. Shingled roofing or tin, whichever would be better for what I"m going for. I'm not sure. I'm looking to see what materials i'll need and the overall cost of the project. Any help would be appreciated.
