Is it ok to take stuff back?

I just had my baby shower yesterday and we got sooo many clothes....and not that I dont appreciate them but I dont think my daughter will be able to wear them all b/c there are so many. We also got doubles on a lot of stuff like two bouncers not the same but pretty similar and I feel bad but there are a lot of things we didnt get that we really really need. Is it ok to take stuff back and exchange it? Or do you just send the duplicate stuff with grandma so she has it at her house?
