You should try to consume lots of water throughout the day if you already don't. Drinking all that water is not only good for your body, but it will give you a feeling of being full so that you won't eat as much. You should add more fiber in your diet too. I've been eating a lot more vegetables than I normally do and they have been filling me up. It is funny because it is possible for me to eat 8 pieces of pizza, but I can't eat 2 bowls of salad.
