Should I take her to the vet?

I have a female Sinoloan Milk Snake, she is about 14 inches long. She is eating fine, and still defecating fine. She has a small lump about two inches from her cloaca. It is not hard, its very squishy. I thought she might have an egg, but today I was holding her, and I rubbed a finger over the lump, and a very foul smelling yellow-ish discharge came out of her cloaca. Should I take her to a vet to see whats up?
