Ureteral stent, enema, and pregnancy, please help.?

I was released from the hospital a few days ago after they put a stent in my ureter because my kidney was blocked and they didn't know why so they umed a kidney stone. I am 18 weeks pregnant, and in such severe pain I don't know what to do, before I was in the hospital I was constipated for a few days, then I was in the hospital for about a week, overall it's been over 10 days since I had pooped, laxatives didn't help so my doc suggested an using enema so I did. Now its over an hour later and other than a LOT of blood and a few golf ball sized turds I'm just having very very severe cramping (bad enough to make me throw up) When will these cramps stop?? Also I'm on narcotic pain relievers right now so that isn't helping the constipation. And has anyone had a stent also with severe severe pain, like to where you can't even sit or barely hold your pee?? Did it ever get better before the stent came out? My stent is supposed to remain in until I have my baby.
