Vasectomy/pregancy question..?

Did he do the post op check to see if his count was down to 0? If he did and it the surgery was proven effective it is highly unlikely he is still producing any sperm and be able to create a natural pregnancy. I would meet with the Dr and see what all of the options are. You may also want to consider options that the child would not be biologically his if you/him are open to that as well.
