Whos The Best Player In The NHL?

not counting goalies.... right now the stats show Sidney Crosby... sure he can score, but I think Ovechkin is the best player, right now. he scores some quality goals. Besides, lets say I was building my own team, for my first choise, if I could choose anyone in the world, would be Ovie, he is the complete package. He can hit, he can score, hes got mad skill. besides that he wants to win, He will do anthing for his team. You can tell Crosby would not. I think Crosby has the potiential to be greater, he is young... he just has to stop getting stupid penilties. He gets mad and he ends up going to the box... once he becomes a more disaplend hockey play, is when he starts reaching his potiental. But its not just between these two, many people just compair them because the news does, there are other outstanding players in the NHL, such as Jager, Hossa, Kovalchuck, Briere, and St. Louis. I just think for right now, Ovechkin has the title as best player in the NHL, and he is loving the spotlight...
