How do you write an politicial editorial comic?

I think it is called editorial, but like it is those one things that you find in the newspaper that makes fun of politicians and everything. I am wondering how to draw a comic on the Lexington and Concord battle. It needs to be one picture and it has to say something...you either have to be on the British side or on the American side. I would prefer to bee on the American side. Its not like I don't know how to draw I just need some ideas for the drawing, so can you help me please!
