Through protests, citizens of Egypt have overthrown their current President, in hopes for a better future/economy. Would it be more in the mexican people's interest to do the same to their corrupt, irresponsible current regime? I can't see it being easy to sneak past border patrol agents at night, hike for a day in a desert, and so on that these illegals are willing to do. Is it legal for a mortgage company to do this?

I was put on a trial payment for a modification and signed a contract that said if I submitted my paperwork and made the 4 trial payments on time it would be finalized. After making the 12th payment and having complied with everything they kicked me out and are putting my house in foreclosure, with the difference between the reduced trial payments and original payments tagged onto the principal. The excuse they are giving is that the difference between my old and trial payments have aculated above the threshold but it's their fault they let it sit for 8 months past the trial period while they told me to wait and they did nothing until the threshold was exceeded. Is it negligence or illegal of them to have just sat on my file until it got kicked out? The underwriter is calculating everything WAY WRONG showing I'm negative $8,000/month which is laughable and obviously an error but they talk over me, are rude and will not listen to me when I tell them they are way off and wrong and will not attempt to correct anything. Can they do this from a legal standpoint, considering it is a government loan they got $80 billion from the government to help with the cost to provide the loan yet are obviously doing it all wrong and scandalously? Is it worth putting my mortgage payment now that I'm in foreclosure into an attorney or do you think he can't help?

Can you wear regular clothes to ballet cl?

Well it depends on the studio you go to. Some studios are more professional and strict than other and make you wear leotards and tights. But other studios dont, and your aloud to wear regular clothes. The studio i go to we can pretty much where whatever we want. You might also be able to wear regular cloths, but not like pants. Your teacher is probably going to want to see you lines and such when you dance, so pants are usually out of the option. The only exception would be like capris, spandex, and maybe yoga pants. You might be able to wear guy shorts? (like normal shorts guys where if you know what im talking about). I wouldnt worry so much on you appearance though! No ones going to judge if your a little over weight! And on top of that, dancing will help you lose weight too! If i were you id call the studio your thinking of going to and ask what the dress code is. If you unhappy with it, look for a different studio that as a different dress code! Definitely do ballet though! its sooooo much fun! And by the way, you wont have to wear a tutu to cl, lol. have fun! :)

You will also have to make sure that clients can have their insurances cover mental health costs - which may depend on your degree. Currently, a MSW and a fully licensed psychologist are insurable but the others are not all insurable (depends on insurance companies). You can work from home but I wouldn't advise it. Some clients can become obsessive with their therapists and with them knowing where you live .... not a good thing.

African Dwarf Frogs - Tank Compatibility and Cycling to Avoid New Tank Syndrome?

I'm so confused... I bought a death trap from Brookstone (Frog-O-Sphere Ecosystem with 2 African Dwarf Frogs) and did research about them after buying it instead of before. I found out that the tank is way to small for them and bought a 5 gallon tank for them, I set it up last night and don't know when to add the frogs to the tank because I wasn't planning on putting any fish in it for the cycling process. If I do need fish what fish get along with African Dwarf Frogs and how many can I have in the tank since it's only 5 gallons? I used a bacteria additive because I didn't have any existing gravel and I also used a water conditioner to remove the chlorine from the water. How do I get the frogs acclimated to the new tank? Do I put the frogs with water from the previous tank in a ziploc bag and just let them float in the water for 15 minutes or so until they get temperature acclimated then dump the water out and then the frogs into the new tank or do I have to add water from the new tank into the bag so they get adjusted to the new water conditions? 16 days late, any ideals>?

At my last period I was 8 days late. I am usally on a 30-33 day cycle. So the day before I got my peroid march 30, i had blood test, it came back neg. Now again, this time i am 16 days late this time, hpt neg. having headaches, somewhat lower back ache, feeling a little sickly during afternoon to evening but no vomitting. some light cramping every now and then but no spotting or anything like that. i've been on clomid for 3 consecutive months. i had my ultrasound last month on my 12th day of my cycle for follicle monitoring. the sonologist saw that i have a maturing follicle on my right ovary with a size of 2.1cms x 1.8 cms. we immediately had for 7 days. i also did take vitamin E and folic acid but still no pregnancy occurred. i even gave up anything with caffeine. what else can be wrong with me?? is there anything i missed out doing??? we've been ttc for 11 months now.... my husband is a smoker and an occional drinker.

Hello guys I am having a serious problem here, so I am 14 well 15 in August 15th and I am extremely skinny. I think I have high metabolism as I eat a lot! well averagly and I dont freaking get fat! Well I do get fat but in a very very long time, it looks like I am not even getting fat. I mean my brother isnt like this at all he is tall, bulky, and average weighed but me I'm skinny you can see my ribs my shoulder bones and my wrist bones they look really bad. I take vitmans, even sit on the couch all day and do nothing but eat nachos but that still doesnt help I dont get fat! Is there any way to stop high metabolism or reduce it simply? I really dont like this, I am the only person within my friends thats like this. the first guy is partially correct. not all new laptops have hdmi ports. my laptop is new and doesnt have an hdmi port, i went to the page you provided, doesnt explain what ports it has, so what you should do is go to a local store.take your laptop and see what you need, if you have an hdmi port,then you can get an hdmi cable. if you dont, you will need a VGA to VGA connector and you can either use your laptop speakers if they are loud enough or you may need to buy a cheap set of portable speakers. as vga connectors are visual,not auditory. hope this helps.

Can my landlord still charge me after the contract ended?

My case is that I had the early determination on my contract (originally is one year but I left in 6 months), so my landlord's agent took my deposit to compensate but after negotiation, she returned 20% to me. My story is the other night im talking on the phone with my girlfriend right and i get thirsty so being my usual silly self i dance over to the fridge to go get a drink of milk i pull out the jug and when i spin around to go pick up a gl my cat FLYS out of nowhere i trip over it i fall while on the phone my girlfriend hearsa Huge THUMP and my coughing asking if im ok i landed on the milk jug the milk shot out of the bag up my nose and i was laughing and choking my and my cats flipping out under my clawing and scratching and runs off into a wall and it made my day my girlfriend cried when i repeated the story to her over the phone.

So I have been thinking about my career alot lately, and was wondering what kind of suggestions you had out there. I can't pinpoint exactly what it is that I'm interested in, but I'd like a desk job where I don't have to move much. My own private space is very important to me, so I don't want to be sharing desks with anyone or be in an area where it is high traffic, like near the entrance or the copier. I don't want a job where I am constantly being interrupted either, like people coming by too much and asking for stuff or too much phone activity. My best production is in a quiet environment, uninterrupted, and if I feel that I have privacy and can manage my own time, I can do almost anything extremely well. I feel most productive this way. Like I'd like to be able to have a snack mid day at my desk and not have to feel that I have to rush because there are people calling or stopping by, etc. Please don't respond if you don't really have an answer. The purpose of my question is so that I can get some feedback of what I can go for. Thank you for your suggestions.

Actually to me Hamlet IS the definition of a tragic hero. In fact most of Shakespeare's main characters are tragic heroes: Caesar Macbeth, Othello, Richard III, Romeo. (was always taught this) Other traits common to tragic heroes are seen in Hamlet ie The hero discovers his fate by his own actions, not by things happening to him. European Starlings: Any good ideas on how to manage the invasive populations?

I just noticed a flock of the introduced/invasive European starlings settling into my backyard trees and making nests. They are scaring off the native birds such as woodpeckers, western bluebirds, etc. and I am worried about them harming some of the native birds eggs, which they have been known to do. I really enjoy our native birds and their populations have dwindled by so many factors including cats. They also apparently carry a host of diseases and have been know to be big pests to the agricultural industry. I would really like to find a way to rid them without having to resort to poisons. Traps, etc? Any tips on how others have managed them and their invasive nature would be helpful.

I want to build an open structure beside my pool for a bar/shade area. I need help w/ the material list & cost?

My Pool has a 6' wooden panel fence seperating it from the rest of my back yard. There is a space that is about 20'x 14' in which I would like to build an open porch-like structure with a roof and small railing in front facing the pool. I want to use it as the pool bar/ shade area. Any idea on the cost of such a project. I'd like it to be about 8' tall at the ends of the roof, w/ maybe a 10' peak the back should not go over the fence into the yard, but maybe attach to the top of the fence. The floor would be the concrete that is already in place. It needs to be sturdy enough to withstand any basically any weather conditions. Am I mistreating my sis?

I'm not sure why my sis gets so mad at me for this kind of stuff. But, like about 6 days ago my sis sent me an email that literally said "hey, what are you up to today?"and nothing else. Well, I wasn't able to get back to her that day with an email. So like the next day she called me, we talked for about 30 min. Then later on that day and the next day we texted back and forth. So then yesterday, she dropped by to talk for a quick minute and then she brings up the fact that she had emailed me and I never emailed her back. I told her I thought since all she wanted to know in the email was 'whats going on' and we had talked and texted since, that it wasn't important to email back. She had this look on her face like I was repulsive at that point. Then, today she called me three times this morning (within 1 and a half hours) but I had been very busy all day with daughter's school party, paying bills and so when I saw she had called third time ( I was still busy) I made a quick minute to text her (telling her I was sorry hadn't answered earlier but had been busy and would call her later) and she texted back and said she got the point that she was pestering me. Then I called her at 5 pm tonight and she acted all snotty and said she had to go, after just two minutes. I get frustrated because I think I'm doing ok, but she acts this way. I don't know if I'm right or if I'm truly mistreating her.

Has this happened to you?

Cycle started Jan. 5th. I got the ovulation twinge on Jan. 17th. Doc says that means I should have been due to ovulate within 5 days. I have been having 32- 34 day cycles so I am uming that I should O Jan. 23rd. I have continued to have the twinges since the 17th. I've never had them for this long. Normally they lasts a few minutes and then go away. Hubby and I bed 17th, 20th, 21st and 22nd. But I noticed ewcm on the 25th and 26th. So now I'm confused. I dont know if I o'ed on the 23rd or the 25th. Do you think we bd'ed enough to achieve pregnancy if i did o on the 25th? Has anyone had continuous ovary twinges and been pregnant? How can I avoid teaching my co-worker my job?

First check to see if your job has to have a diploma attached to it and that the diploma needs a college educaiton. If it does then you can tell your boss that you can't do that because it is a job that needs a college education and you are not a lisenced teacher. Show her the proof. If it isn't that then just train her because your boss is looking out for their interests in the case that you could get sick or need emergency leave and they would have no back up person for that. My husband has that same situation so he has part time people he has trained to do his job if he goes on leave or is sick. Before that happened he got very sick and they didn't have anyone to do his job so the hospital lost money. You should not be worried about job security. What does your contract say? Also if you are that inseure about it then I would talk to your boss to make sure that your job is not in threat by you training someone. They need to know that is what you think they are thinking.

Thank god there not from my mom.?

My father has 4 daughters. 3 by one lady and me 18 by my mother. My sisters are 30 with 6 kids, 29 with 2 kids, and 28 with 4 kids. The problem is with my sister who's 28 and has four kids. This is great; the first sentence hooked me. A couple suggestions. Your use of the 'river' to describe the veins is very strong and original. But a few sentences later you repeat the word 'river' when talking about scars, and that repetition weakens what should be a strong impression. See if you can find another word that allows you to use the image but without lessening the impact of original writing. There are a few grammatical errors but those you'll fix in editing. I'd also suggest losing the word 'suddenly'. That can be seen as a word used by beginning writers, and it 'cheapens' the writing. If you want the door to open unexpectedly, shattering all this whiteness, have it slam back, or something like that, that shows the suddenness, rather than you telling the reader the door opened suddenly. Great job, and good luck with this.

How do I prevent smoke from coming into my apartment?

I live in an apartment, which originally was a house that was converted into two apartments. The basement is an apartment and the upstairs is another apartment. I live upstairs and my downstairs neighbor smokes like a chimney. Smoking is inside is against the lease, but she continues to do so anyways. The smoke makes it difficult to sleep at night and gives us headaches. My roommates and I have asked her to stop numerous times, but she continues to ignore us. We have also called the landlord many times, but he doesn't do more than call her and tell her to stop, which she doesn't. Our apartment smells horrible all the time and our things are beginning to smell like smoke as well. Often after smoking, she thinks she's being clever by trying to cover up the smell with a horrible perfume that only makes the smell worse. I feel like I've run out of options. Is there some special kind of vent cover I can put in the floors to prevent the smoking from coming into my apartment or anything else I could possibly do, because I feel like I'm running out of options.

Electrical problems in car?

Problems with bull mastiff and pit?

I have a F 7yr old Pit (65lbs) and 2 kids ages 7 and 8. Got a4yr old M American Bull Mastiff (102lbs) from the SPCA today. Took him home and tried out a few commands on him before I had to leave for work. He growled at me a little but I thought maybe it was bc of the new stressful enviorment. I leave for work and leave all the dogs and kids with my mom. She calls me at work 2hrs later to tell me that he has to go. My female sniffed him, he growled, and then lunged at her. My dad took her out of the room and my mom had to practically lay on him to stop him. He didn't go at her and did stop but she broke 2 fingers and possibly her hand in the process. He is a big boy and very docile but has to be the alpha dog...so does my pitty. Also...whenever the kids lay next to him or try to sit with him he gets up and walks away. They can pet him but will mostly ignore them. Is there any way to get the 2 dogs to be friendly or will I need to take him back? Should I be concerned that he may bite one of my kids? I haven't left him alone with them. Any suggestions? Would you take him back? Oh...he was neutered on 12/22 and she has been fixed for a couple yrs now.

I feel unhappy, I'm a teenager, help!?

Ok I have a lot of family issues that I deal with in my own way, however there are some issues which I can't solve. At school I have a group of friends, we all laugh and joke however I would consider myself the joker of the group and with that take a heck of a lot of abuse. Sometimes (I know this sounds stupid) they attack me for fun and I don't retaliate, that is just me, I can't hit people back I am just not like that. Maybe some people take that as a weakness but I take that as a strength, I tend to forgive people. However I get very upset with this, some of the comments people say are also horrible and dig deep. Am I undermounted?

My pony is 12.3 with shoes and pads and I play mounted games through pony club and MGAA. I have worked very hard with this pony and have turned him into everything he is today. When I got him he was a driving pony and that was all he knew. He spooked at everything. He still freaks out and I ride him in a hackamore and a martingale when playing. He has learned that when I put all my wheight down through my and heels that he is to stop. He is a very hard to ride pony. I am 5'6" and about 140. I know this sounds way to big but this pony has never had an issues carrying me and we have gone on 10 mile gallops through all sorts of terrain and he hasn't been sore. Some people have been giving me crap about me being to big for him even though I am in the medium pony wheight limit. What do you think? This pony couldn't be ridden by a child as he is very spooky and it takes a lot for him to trust. What should I tell these people if you don't think I am to big.

You should try to consume lots of water throughout the day if you already don't. Drinking all that water is not only good for your body, but it will give you a feeling of being full so that you won't eat as much. You should add more fiber in your diet too. I've been eating a lot more vegetables than I normally do and they have been filling me up. It is funny because it is possible for me to eat 8 pieces of pizza, but I can't eat 2 bowls of salad.

my educated guess is that it should be more than the 4 stroke. maybe .005-6/inch. reasoning being that the 2 stroke piston and ring probably runs hotter. it is firing twice as often - and lubrication oil doesn't splash and cause much heat to be carried away. going with a little more gap is safer. as temps go up the ring expands from heat and closes up the gap. if it goes solid it will scuff out the ring and cylinder. You might try to find and old Yamaha or Suzuki 2 stroke manual for similar size engine and see what they spec.
